What we are looking for
An independent thinker, who can pick up a project brief, and redraft it with a creative lens. Produces ideas through quick sketches and believes in iteration at early stages before jumping to the solution.
A process driven designer with the ability to iterate and has eagerness to craft with systems in mind.
Who is a good fit?
- Open to ideation and brings explorative energy to the team.
- 3-4 years of work experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe creative suite.
- Open to playing with motion design if needed (basic stuff, even gifs work).
- Self-managed and ability to deliver work over mutually defined timelines. A must.
